[WarInEur] Quiet?

I've done alot of dabbling. In my latest WitE scheme, Germany gets a 4-5/1-5
cav div, minor allies stay the same, and Soviets have: 1-4 cav div, 3-4/1-4
cav corps, 4-5/1-5 Gds cav corps (eventually). I've even messed around with
mech-cav groups for the latter part of the war but as the historical ones
had various compositions, it is hard to settle on a single unit type.
The effect on the Germans is obviously slight, but cool. A unit that can
move twice per turn through swamp while retaining a zoc is very useful in
the first campaign.
For the Russians the effect is positive as of the first winter. They have
units with decent defense strength that leave BGs when reduced, and better
than previous attack strengths that can actually advance through woods and
swamp.
