players seem to suggest that stalin would not allow an axis incursion of turkey.but it seems to me that history has told us that stalin was trying to overt a war at all costs, even to the point of letting germany to become delinquent in trade. also, stalin isolated in his private room for weeks during the outbreak of barbarossa. 'wouldn't talk to anyone. does this sound like someone who'd say to hitler, 'mess with her and we'll go to brass knuckles'.
