I am reporting these items just to be grindingly thorough. Feel free
to ignore them or implement them, whichever appears best.

Soviet Union: Active at Peace

I don't object to this being on the "Enter Player and Game Names"
dialog rather than the "Select Game Options"; it is certainly in the
most relevant posiiton possible!

But I would like to be able to make it checked by default with a
setting in the Editor. So far as I can tell, this is not possible.
Please advise if I am missing something.

Limit MSUs in Severe Climate

This is sort of an ironic situation.

I have this option selected by default, following the SPI errata.

If "Board War in Europe (SPI)" is selected, this option is deselected.
(The other default options are the same as in my Campaign scenario.)

Now, a case can be made that, since the SPI rules do not impose these
limitations but only the SPI errata, this is perfectly fine: the
"Board War in Europe (SPI)" choice selects per the SPI rules; my
scenario selects per the SPI rules plus the SPI errata, and these are
two different things.

This is where things get ironic. CWIE-1 had this option, and it, also,
was deselected by default (all options start unselected in CWIE-1, of
course, so this isn't anything special). The irony here is that, if
"War in Europe(DOS)" is selected, this option is checked. Which it
wasn't in CWIE-1.

And, to be /really/ picky, "Board War in Europe (SPI)" and "Board War
in Europe (DG)" have a space before the "("; "War in Europe(DOS)" does
not. (I warned you that this one was really picky.)

(I'll be reviewing the Edit Game Details notes next -- IIRC, that
should produce a few posts with more meat on them.)
