[WarInEur] {Disarmed} Movement of Map

I am having a very difficult time moving my view on the map.  example  I 
targeted Eygpt.  It wert there find but then I wanted to looked at  Malta.  I 
tried using the arrows, using the mouse wheel and it was so slow  I was not sure 
it was doing anything.
 
Am I doing something wrong or is this problem being addressed because I  feel 
I am closed into little boxes and get no feel of the overall map.
