I am currently testing out the attrition start rates. I sent Steve my
new suggestions, it seems to be more in line with getting the feel of
attrition but getting units up to speed a bit faster. We may need to
tweak this further.
Oh, and to the poster, I think that you can during the came change the
values. The screen comes up and allows you to do it in mid flight, but I
have not tested the results yet.
