USA under President Roosevelt when on a semi-war in 1940 with the Fall of France, such as the start of the Essex class CVs, in a way similar to pre-Barbarossa USSA production.  So, for me, this early USA reinforcement represent to early shipping of USA war material to Europe that was produced before Pearl Harbor.
   
  Also, in WiE, actual US production is only one-half of USA war deployment story.  The other-half was actually shipping the stuff overseas to Europe, Austrialia, Africa, Pacific, etc.  Witness, the 10th Mountain division, which stayed 2 years state-side waiting for deployment, until the Italian campaign was so desperate for allied manpower.  Which in WiE, we have sea-lift-capacity that is affected by u-boat warfare, including this early USA reinforcement.

  This query refers to the comparison of using the turn track Allied reinforcements as opposed to the Allied production spiral. A schedule is given in the rules to allow units to arrive in the first few months of 1942 to simulate the availability of US units that could not have been produced in time to meet the historical schedule (largely 2APs per month); they are simply placed on the spiral and do not have to be 'produced'. However, some units that should arrive if you use the historical reinforcement schedule cannot possibly be built in time with the limited production/personnel points available for the US. Is this deliberate? Comments.
