While I can't add any historical background as to why the Polish IRP was
added, it does seem intuitive that any nation should get fresh troops as
time goes on, and so the Polish should get some IRP. Of course, that
would only come into play if the Germans do not take Poland out quickly
and only in the campaign game.
In all honesty, I wonder if it is worth writing the programming code and
testing it and the risk of creating new bugs to put in something that
will not have, in most cases, any practical value, IMHO.
