The loss of a division per  week, is also catered for with the oos attrition 
effects.

With MSU  failings,
most furthest on units will be operating oos,
and oos attrition  effectively replicates the effects of the removal of 20 
full strength divisions  from the OB over the winter, so this rule too 
overlaps...


The concept  of less special rules, and better working more universal 
modelling in  Europe.


Note also, because of its more universal applicability, to  counter balance 
this, if it is felt to be too excessive, you can switch off the  1/2Aex OOS 
rule.

Which again makes for added interest and a new twist to  the game...

(certainly concentrates the mind of a soviet commander!!!  :-)
