[WarInEur] Finn surrender bug?

Our 3-player email game that went from the Barbarossa scenario to the end of 2/44 seems to have ended.  The Finns surrendered to the USSR after the Russian 2/3/44 turn.  The ensuing Allied and German turns work fine (tested repeatedly with prior saves). But at the supply calculation stage at the end of the USSR port suppression phase of 2/4/44, the game crashes to the desktop.  Has anyone seen a similar bug ... and is there a fix?  Thanks much.
