[WarInEur] Getting CWIE1 to work on vista?

I use DOSBox 0.72 with CWIE1 running XP, but the dosbox site says it will run in vista.  

A batch file in the DOSBox directory in my Program FIles directory containing

dosbox c:\wargames\wie\ww.exe -exit -noconsole

where c:\wargames\wie\ww.exe  is the location of the wie executable, starts WIE and exits DOSBox cleanly when you exit WIE.
