[WarInEur] Attrition Option - What are the Programming Details of how it works?

Attrition is actually working when you are in the frontline,
you don't actually weaken, but refitting in the line is done, when at rest,
at 1/2 therate that it would occur if you were not in the line.
When oos, you do not attrit, but also you cannot recover points.
If you are enmeshed in a zoc, then the attrition suffered is eventually 
fatal.

The besieger has the conundrum...

Do I wear him down by waiting,
or do I really need to get this over with quickly?


On tthe eastern front is is open to you to seriously restructure this 
around generic rules with attrition.

I.E. Youcan now DO AWAY with the AEX/oos results, and the winter 
frostbite type of special rules kludges
and unify the rules across all fronts,
