[WarInEur] More on France 1940

[Kent & Sue Haunschild]

I know I ran into problems when I tried to advance the start date.  I know I 
can advance it a couple of turns but not a production cycle,  As far as 
continuing the struggle past 9/45 I am not sure. I'll have to check.
