The BoB poses some opportunities in WIE that I have pondered for 25 years.  
Most everyone has proposed air superiority to give political points but it is 
important to remember that the Germans were trying to maintain air superiority 
and gain it permanently while bombing Britain.
 
Hence, a simple solution would be to give the Germans political points or 
reduce British production by some amount for every port (or maybe 2) that they 
successfully suppress in Britain per turn.  Wouldn't this simulate the effect of 
the bombing campaign and tie the Germans to the dual necessity of conducting 
bombing while trying to engage the RAF as well?
