{Spam?} [WarInEur] France 1940 and changing French unit strength - Addendum

In coding terms I might go anothr route on this one.
 
Active Axis Vichy ally...
 
Operates like the Ukrainian idea.
 
Germany get a counter mix addition...20 French divisions, 5 Armoured and 15  
infantry. These are full German units, no personnel cost, just arms points. If 
 kgd or destroyed are returned to the build pool at the rate of 1 division 
per  cycle, on a FIFO basis.
 
No need to mess with the status, no need to have political territory...to  
trigger these starting to appear, active axis ally status has to be declared,  
and Paris owned by the Germans. So no need to mess with allies etc in coding  
terms, the units are treated as raised and equipped units of the German  Army.
 
French armoured....7-7
French _Infantry_ (mailto:I at nfantry)        4-5
 
 
Costs broadly speaking in arms terms, 2x as expensive as a german  equivalent 
unit. (Simulates the reluctance to arm and equip French forces - i.e.  
Serious internal opposition and the interferance of the SS).
 
 
Advantages...
Low coding overhead
asy to implement in the boardgame, 
(just effectively adding some counters on the addendum errata sheet)
