I have been away from the game for a while - real life intruded. Have some
questions.

1) Is every one aware that the "in progress" track function in the editor
still kills all "in progress" units if you attempt to modify what is in
production when customizing a campaign?
2) What is the "limit CW in North Africa" option?
3) What is the "Malta/Tobruk" option?
