[WarInEur] Loading Paras?

The time to ready the Para's should be 4 full turns, there go in the  
available box 1/1/40 they would then be available on 2/2/40, while this appears  to 
be 5 turns it is not. They have to spend 4 turns ready, they would then be  
available on the 5th start of the fifth turn.

Personally I believe it should be 6 to 8 turns  but........
