Here's my two cents,

This seems to restore some of what was in WitE 1st edition that 
reflected the overwhelming task of  moving factories and such. I would 
be in favor of putting it in the queue as an option.  I'd also be 
interested in trying it in a PBEM game, if that is what you meant. I 
prefer to be Germans or at least a pair of games where we each play one 
side. Of course, I am always interested in trying anything in a PBEM 
game since it makes it more interesting and tends to catch things solo 
play does not.
