Concur with Steve. We have looked at it from a programing point and it is a nightmare to keep track of the data. So we have tabled the idea for now. When playing a solitare game you can use the ingame editor, but if playing an opponent he she will get an audit trail of any changes and it will be password protected to precent abuse. Like Steve said, either don't make mistakes or learn to live with them. LOL

PS I wanted a UNDO A SENIOR MOMENT AS OCCURRED button, but they wouldn't let me have it either.

Very definite on the "undo". I don't know how many times I have by accident hit the "Done" button during advance after combat when I still have stuff to move. I know we can go in to the 'Move Unit" section of the "menu:" but te undo would be better.

concur in that - I have to hit the Windows key and, even then, all that does is give me the toolbar.

I also still want to see that "undo last move" button - to allow me to unscrew inadvertent overstacks and such. I've been asking for that since 0.9.28. No, actually, since the Poland 39 scenario.

I have been watching all the discussion on changes that are needed. Makes for interesting reading.

But I have something thatis driving me nuts and it really needs to be addressed. A way to minimize the game. If I have it running I cannot get back to my desktop - unless I have something else running and I can use ALT-Tab to change the active program. (Provided of course there in mot something I am missing.)

  Re the "Undo"
  Nope!
  :-)

I would go with the, mishaps of history, in conjunction with General Cock-up. People want too much exact control, too much chess like powers, and micro management. Often things go wrong, orders get lost, units inexplicable don't do what they are supposed to...

I tend not to lose any sleep over it, as such things do happen in the desaster and confusion of war.

I am quite happy to let them stand, when the screw-ups happen. As the game goes on your playing attention to detail sharpens up and things get much easier.
