[WarInEur] oos attacks

aloha,

i was reading the optional rules listed on
web.grognard for oos attacks and it said...,

the attacker has one of two choices,

1. attack at full strength and suffer the aex at the
compleation of combat or,

2. attack at half strength and suffer the result
without the added aex.

i was wondering if anyone has played this option.
