[WarInEur] either bug or I am not doing something right Cannot place Axis RR unit on map

Having an issue.

Campaign Game - WiEurope
Production 10th cycle. I have 1 German RR coming in as reinforcement. It
tells me that it is available to be placed. I go to the map and it shows
hexes that can accept reinforcement. If I click on a reinforcement hex the
RR unit comes up in the slecet screen - but it will not let me select it to
place.

If I pick a Center hex that has a unit I get a dialog box that asks if I
wish to remove the unit from the map or to place reinforcement. If I select
the reinforcement option - again the select screen shows the RR unit again -
but it will not let me select it to place.

When I got out of the Production phase I was told there was still a unit
available for placement. I was forced to say OK because I could never place
the RR unit. When I get to the first Axis turn in the reinforce phase there
is no RR unit listed for reinforcement.
