[WarInEur] Stupid question time

A good set would be a Bright color (yellow) and darker like blue.

I do like the ability to select my own counter colors for that very reason.

On setting the orders - DUH. Did not even think about doing it during Air
Phase.

Orders are for the defender only.

Default orders can be set during the Allied air phase. Click on the show
orders button. Click on a map view. Select a hex and double click on a unit
to make the orders popup appear.

Select the individual hex orders and check off the apply to Front if you
want to make a map change.

Will bring up the color issue with the programer. Right now the are red and
green which is probably not good choices for color blindness. Do you have
any color suggestions if we can change them?

Kent.

Ok - Got that. Brings up some questions

Are those orders only for the attacker - or for defender and attacker?

If this alsoset orders for the defender is there anyway to set the default
orders before the FIRST turn so cadres don't have to stand and die?

Also is there a way to set the default for ALL the units for a nation or for
a nation on a front so you don't have to go around and individually reset
for all units.

Also as a side note - might need to find a different set of colors. I am
partially colorblind and the color distinctions in the orders squares are so
slight it is hard to distinguish.

Just getting my first look at the latest program. I like what I am seeing so
far.

I have one question though. I must be missing something On the views there
is an option to "Show Orders" When I select that I get two little colored
squares under the unit stack. What is that showing me?

Bruce

1.There are no stupid questions (only stupid answers).

These indicators show the retreat orders or stand and die type of requests
in force, for counters, and for fronts.

Best way to see this is to set this to show, and then change the default
orders for your units and see the precise changes in the visuals.
