[WarInEur] Allied partisans

I have been thinking about the Allied Partisans and wonder what anyone thinks about tying their placement to the Yugoslavian conversions or the fall of France.

As SPI wrote: the communists were at the heart of the European resistance movement and until after Barbarossa I don't see the Soviets giving orders to fire up the resistance cells.

I also don't see any real resistance movements starting before the fall of France and even then not for a period of 3 to  six cycles.
