[3.24] Definition of Terms
*Attack Strength* is the basic offensive power of a unit quantified in 
Attack Strength Points.
*Defense Strength* is the basic defensive power of a unit quantified in 
Defense Strength Points.
*Combat Strength* is a term used to describe both the offensive and 
defensive power of a unit when both the Attack Strength and Defense 
Strength of the unit are equal and are represented by a single number.
*Movement Allowance* is the maximum movement ability of a unit 
quantified in Movement Points. The Movement Allowance does not apply to 
Rail, Air or Sea Movement.


These are the only terms mentioned, thus the concept of range is not 
addressed, i.e. there are no units with a "range" on them.

On the counters there are only,
attack, defense, and movement.
