Quick Question on the Editor.

 

In the Track editing section there is a section where you select if the unit
comes in at Suez or which Air front the AP Arrives. What is the "Always"
selection for?

 

Also is there some way to to the game which reinforcements are not used if
you are using the Allied Production option?
