I don't think Bruce was involved in the PBW, he implemented the IUF (Internet Up Front) which is an excellent realtime interface that implements the rules. His website is http://wargameroom.com/ where he has the downloads for Up Front as well as many of the (mostly) GMT card driven games and some block games.
