[Upfront] Kevins on the list

There is a possibly confusion between Kevin Boles and Kevin Worth on the
list.  Since I can't get email to Mr. Boles, perhaps he is monitoring the
mail list.  I lost the last message (spam filter problem - similar to why I
can't get a message to him).  Please send any mail to this address and I'll
try to get the Kevin thing worked out.

Hopefully I'll have a ladder update in the next day or two.  The betting
windows are open.  Current odds are 3 to 1 with the over-under 8 days.
