[Upfront] Many Games - Ladder Update

First a game which finished recently:

-	Anders Hench's Germans broke Steve Vance's Russians defenders while
Assaulting A Fortification.

That said, it would behoove ALL of you to check the ladder at
http://grinner6.home.comcast.net.

Every rung on the ladder is shown as being in a game.  3 games were active
as of today.  I have defined 22 other games.  Check the ladder.  If you are
a challenger and not currently playing, you need to contact the person you
are playing and start the game.  I have a few minor rule changes that I will
post later (I've already pretty much mentioned them before).  Don't worry
about those for now, just get your games started.  We will see how things go
as these games play out.

Let me know if you have any questions.  If you are a defender and don't hear
from your challenger soon, push the issue.  If anyone gets a result that
their opponent can't play, let me know - that player will be put on the
inactive list and we'll see if someone else becomes available.
