[Consim-l] Scenarios 1, 2, 9 & 10 Missing

Yesterday I played the most enjoyable Macro Panzer Leader game in 25 years, with 
6 people.  (But then again, it is the only Panzer Leader game I had played in 25 
years and never as a Macro.)

When I got home, to my dismay I reopened my box again (I had earlier reopened 
the box last week to read the rules.)  And found scenarion sheets 1, 2, 9, & 10 
missing.

Scans or links to a scan would be appreciated.
