Well, alot of players are making the mistake NOT because the rules are 
written poorly.  In fact the rules state the obvious.  The problem is that 
the players have EXPECTED to see something the isn't there.  So many other 
games were written with similar rules that players have EXPECTED to see what 
simply isn't there and have played accordingly.  The rules are quite clear, 
IF you don't read into them something that doesn't exist.  I can't speak to 
the playtesters.  I don't know what they did or did not discover.

KPG isn't to blame for players making mistakes in reading comprehension. 
Nor should they be blamed for player failure.  I liken it to the same 
problem that occurs when pilots crash a plane.  They ALWAYS claim it wasn't 
their fault!  Thing is that the vast majority of plane crashes are pilot 
error.  Here was have GAMER error.
