It is easy to use CSW while avoiding (most of) the obnoxious people.
Just stay out of the high-traffic forums where the obnoxious people
tend to hang out. This means, don't bother with the general-purpose
forums like "Out of the Wrapper", or the forums for popular companies
such as GMT.

There are a lot of low-traffic, focused forums on CSW. These tend to
cover older or more obscure games. If you want to set up a forum for
Old Soldiers, CSW is definitely the best place to put it.
