More the latter, there are no specific solitaire-friendly properties
beyond the fact that there is no fog of war. In fact while one could think
that the random victory condition determination would make it more solo
friendly, I'm not sure that that is the case. It is probably easier to
come up with a sensible strategy in the face of the considerable
divergence between possible future options if you only have to make such
plans for one side.
