Any reason we couldn't fix the map on our own?

I discovered recently when I finished my own map redo for HYBORIAN  
RISK [free to download at Lew Pulsipher's website - complete with  
cards!] that I could get it printed out at a local printshop for $35.  
Not too bad. If a hi-resolution scan of the map exists somewhere, it  
could easily be 'fixed' in photoshop, etc. and reprinted by the  
individual for personal use.
