her out?

I have not purchased many new wargames and am hoping you fellas can recommend 
one that I'm really missing out on.  Of course that's a really subjective 
question, so I'll ask it in two parts.

First, what would be your top 5 wish list items?

Second, what currently available games do you think I'd like?  To help, I'll 
list some games I love, and/or plan to play soon:

CV (Yaquinto)
Flat Top (Avalon Hill)
East Front (Columbia Games)
Cassino (Avalon Hill)
Blood Fued New York (Not a wargame, but lots of fun)
