I think you'll be disappointed, I am.  90% of the traffic is from one guy, 
here is his latest post, verbatim:

"over the years i started out with baseing on colored cardboard. then
went to flocking. and i use alot of felt to make my tiles for my
gameing well. i have had alot of scrap left small stuff and i got
thinking what to do with it. floking is high dollar if you use alot
well this felt is something to use on your vehical are tank baseing.
just glue on your base and glue your tank are truck are hummer on it
and there you go. its just away to save a few dollars . jim."

jim apparently plays a LOT of solo minatures game using various home brew 
rules.  Once in awhile somebody else chims in, almost always about solo 
minatures, sometimes using a derivative of some published rule set, often set 
in a fantasy or space opera setting.

It's not my cup of tea.  As soon as I get around to it I intend to 
unsubscribe.  Your milage, of course, may vary, and I've got nothing against 
the guys on the list, they're just enjoying something I've got limited 
interest in....
