[Consim-l] SPI's Outreach

I just updated an old Cyberboard gamebox of SPI's "Outreach" handed off 
to me a few weeks back (you may remember I asked for it.)

- Fleet and Gate counters modified to look like original SPI game.
- Pieces are now numbered to match original SPI piece numbers.
- I noticed the source game box had extra colors for more players.
-- I numbered those also, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 000 series.
- Potential value chits now hidden and used the randomize feature.
- Potential value chits now match quantities in original SPI game.
- Potential value chits re-shaded.
- Half-Scale pieces more legible.

Now wondering if anyone would be interested using it in a blind PBeM, 
traditional four Players, maybe more.
