[Consim-l] Question on Flat Top

Switching gears to play Flat Top now.  Can you guys help me understand the 
lanch factors?

First,it looks like the lanch factors for a given base vary based on the 
scenario played?

Second, if we take the US base at Gili-Gili in the E. Solomons scenario as an 
example, it is listed as "LF: 6/2".  Which I take to mean it has a Min LF of 
2, a Normal of 4 more (for a total Normal of 6), and since Max is the doubling 
of Normal I am assuming that means up to 12 launches at max.

Put another way, if this base uses only one type of LF on a turn they could do 
Min=2, Normal = 6 or Max = 12.

Or, they could do 2 at Min, 4 more at Normal, and 6 more at Max.

Correct?

Third question, what does "AAF" mean for the bases on the operations cards?
