[Consim-l] how can the Russians win in Russia Besieged?

my impression from watching the tournament at WBC was that the bids for
extra replacements 
for the Russians must have to be pretty high to make a game of it.  i'd
like to see an 
effective Russian opening set-up  and an estimate of how many extra
replacements the Russian 
should get with it, if someone would eb so kind as to send one for me to
practice against.
